Kotchandpur Upazila is a union of 4th Buluullah union. Agricultural work of the people of the area is the main profession. People from different parts of the country got a recognition in Bangladesh by cultivating different types of crops. Moreover, the people of this union are dear friends, dear and dear ones. Some people outside the area, people have been very hearty for the people of this area at the time of their traditional fisheries program.
